We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Tele Caller / Receptionist to join our team at [Medicine Company Name]. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling incoming calls, managing reception desk duties, and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Answering Calls:
   • Receive and manage incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
   • Redirect calls to the appropriate department or personnel as needed.
   • Provide information and assistance to callers regarding our products and services.
2. Customer Service:
   • Greet and welcome visitors and clients at the reception desk.
   • Address customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our products and services.
   • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
3. Administrative Support:
   • Maintain the reception area in an orderly and presentable condition.
   • Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars for the team.
   • Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and document management.
4. Sales Support:
   • Assist the sales team by making outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
   • Follow up on leads and provide support in closing sales.
   • Maintain and update customer databases and records.
5. Coordination:
   • Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations and communication.
   • Assist in organizing and coordinating company events and meetings.
6. Other Duties:
   • Perform any other tasks assigned by the management as needed.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications will be a plus.
• Proven experience as a telecaller or receptionist is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and basic computer applications.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

We are looking for a Software Development Engineer-I (Full Stack) to build the most amazing product experience. you'll get to work with other engineers to build a delightful feature experience to understand and solve our customer s pain points.

A Day in the Life

• Collaborate closely with product managers, UX designers, and backend engineers to understand requirements, define technical solutions, and deliver high-quality software products.
• Write clean, efficient, and we'll-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct code reviews, and provide constructive feedback.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring system reliability and stability

What You Need

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Primary : Proficiency in ReactJS, JavaScript, Git, HTML, and CSS.
• Secondary : Familiarity with NodeJS, Python, Django, FastAPI, MongoDB, Postgres, AWS, and Azure.
• 1-3 years of professional experience in frontend development, with a focus on JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Redux, Node.js, and other relevant frontend technologies.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, including ES6+ syntax, and experience with modern frontend frameworks like React (with Redux).
• Familiarity with server-side JavaScript frameworks like Node.js.
• Solid understanding of web technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and responsive web design principles.
• Experience with unit testing frameworks like Jest and writing testable code.
• Familiarity with build tools, package managers, and version control systems (eg, Webpack, Babel, npm, Git).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug and resolve complex issues.
